About Frosh Council
Advised by the Freshman Dean’s Office, the Frosh Council is the elected leadership of the Freshman Class, and consists of representatives from all dorms with freshmen. The Frosh Council meets every Wednesday night at 8:30 throughout the academic year, and representatives return to their house meetings to serve as a vital communication link between the University and the freshman class. In addition, the Frosh Council plans several class-wide events during the year, including the Frosh Formal, Frosh Talent Show, and others.

Representatives are elected at one of the first house meetings in October and serve for the entire year. Interested freshmen should ask their dorm staff during NSO for more information on dorm government opportunities.
